## Our 30-Day Promise

Try your crystals at home. If a piece isn't right for you, contact us within **30 days of delivery** for a return or exchange.

## Eligibility

✅ **Eligible:** Unused items in original packaging with tags attached
❌ **Not eligible:** Final sale items (marked), custom/personalized pieces, worn or damaged items

## How to Start a Return

1. **Email** support@stillwaterkeep.com with your order number and reason
2. **We'll send** a prepaid return label (US only) + instructions
3. **Drop off** at any authorized carrier location
4. **Refund issued** to original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt

## Exchanges

We'll ship your replacement **once the return is scanned by the carrier** — no need to wait for it to reach our warehouse.

To exchange for a different item, let us know what you'd prefer in your return email. Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly.

## International Returns

International customers: email us first. Return shipping is not prepaid, but we'll provide the correct return address for the specific maker.

## Damaged or Wrong Item?

**Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos** — we'll make it right immediately (replacement or full refund, no return needed).
