At Stillwater Keep, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day no-hassle refund from the date of delivery.

Eligibility 

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.

How to Request a Return 

Simply log in to your account, find your order, and submit a return request. It's quick and easy. No need to contact us first.

Return Shipping 

We've got you covered. A prepaid return label will be provided at no cost to you. Allow up to 2 business days for your label to be generated and sent.

Refund Process 

Once your return is received and processed, your refund will be issued automatically back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for this to reflect.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Non-Returnable Items 

Gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for returns.
