Stillwater Keep partners with independent makers via **Shopify Collective**. Each brand ships their own products directly to you — so rates, speeds, and carriers vary by what's in your cart.
## At Checkout
- **Rates calculate automatically** based on the brands in your order
- **You'll see exact costs & delivery estimates** before paying
- **Multiple brands = multiple shipments** (each with its own tracking)
## Typical Ranges (US)

**Free US shipping** on orders $79+ (applied automatically at checkout).
## International
Availability and rates depend on each brand's shipping policy. **Enter your address at checkout** to see if your items can ship internationally and at what cost.
Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in shipping charges.
## Processing Time
- **Standard items:** 1–2 business days
- **Made-to-order / custom:** 1–3 weeks (clearly noted on product page)
- **Orders placed after 12pm EST Friday** process Monday
## Tracking
Tracking numbers are emailed per shipment as each brand fulfills. You can also view them in your [account](/account/orders).
## Lost or Delayed Packages
Contact us within **30 days of estimated delivery** at support@stillwaterkeep.com with your order number. We'll coordinate with the maker on your behalf.
## Shipping to PO Boxes / APO / FPO
Most domestic brands ship to PO Boxes via USPS. APO/FPO availability varies by brand — check at checkout.
